Twenty-odd years at the same desk
Breeze Travels & Tours has been working from Garhi Shahu since 2003. In that time the industry around us has moved almost entirely onto phone screens, which has made travel easier to book and visa advice considerably harder to trust.
We have stayed a walk-in office on purpose. You can bring your passport and your bank statements, sit across a desk from the person who will prepare your file, and get an answer you can argue with. That is a slower way to run an agency and it is the reason people come back.
What we do
Five things, all from the same office, which is why the pieces of a trip tend to agree with each other.

What we don't do
Worth saying plainly, because the gap between what an agency advertises and what it actually handles well is where most complaints come from.
- Study visas and work visas. Different rules, different specialism. We would rather tell you we are not the right people than take the file and learn on your money.
- Immigration and settlement advice. We are a travel agency, not immigration lawyers, and nothing we say is legal advice.
- Guarantees. No agency decides a visa. The embassy or immigration authority does. We publish no approval rate because any figure we quoted would be unverifiable.
- Files that depend on a document you cannot stand behind. A false document or a false statement can bar you from a country for years. We will not prepare one, at any price.
Credentials you can check
Anyone can describe themselves as a travel agent. These are the things that can be verified with the body that issued them, which is the only kind of credential worth printing.

How we work
Four habits, which between them explain most of what is on this website.

The official fee and our charge are always shown separately
The embassy or government fee is theirs, is published, and we quote it with the date we last checked it on the issuing authority's own site. Our service charge is ours, and it is quoted on its own so you can see exactly what goes where. One blended number hides which part you are actually paying for.

Documents are reviewed before any fee is paid
If something in your file is going to cause a problem, you hear it at the start, not after a refusal. Visa fees are almost never refundable, so the cheapest thing we can do for you is tell you to wait.

We will talk you out of an application
If we think a file will be refused as it stands, we say so. A refusal costs you the fee and leaves a mark on your record that the next application has to argue with. There is no version of that which is good for you.

What we publish, we check
Every official fee on this site carries the authority it came from and the date we read it. Each destination page is reviewed quarterly and the date is moved forward whether or not anything changed, so you can always see how fresh the figure is.
The office
Office 20, Ground Floor, Grand Millennium Hotel, 9-A Davis Road, Garhi Shahu, Lahore. Open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, closed on Sunday.
Davis Road sits between Empress Road and Garhi Shahu, a short drive from Lahore Junction and from the Mall. The office is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to manage with a folder of documents. Directions and a map are on the contact page.
The people
Breeze is a small team rather than a call centre, which has one practical consequence worth knowing: the person who takes your enquiry is usually the person who prepares your file and the person you speak to when you follow it up. Nothing is handed between departments, because there are no departments.
It also means we are honest about capacity. In peak season a complicated file takes the time it takes, and we would rather tell you that than promise a turnaround we cannot keep.
