Buying a ticket is easy. The rest is not.
Anyone can find a fare online, and for a simple return flight that is often the right thing to do. Where an agency earns its place is everything around the fare: a schedule change three weeks out, a connection that no longer connects, a visa that arrives late, a family of six who must sit together, a date that has to move the night before departure.
That is the work we do, and being IATA accredited is what makes it possible rather than a series of apologetic phone calls on your behalf.
What IATA accreditation actually means
IATA accreditation is granted by the International Air Transport Association and has to be maintained: it requires financial standing and is reviewed, not bought once and displayed forever. Our licence number is 27314302, and you can check it.
An accredited agency
- Issues the ticket itself, on its own stock
- Can reissue, revalidate and refund directly with the airline
- Deals with the airline as a recognised counterparty
- Carries the financial standing the accreditation requires
A sub-agent reselling someone else's
- Buys through another agency, so you are two steps from the ticket
- Changes have to be relayed through whoever actually issued it
- If that middle party is slow or closed, you wait
- If it fails, the ticket can become someone else's problem to sort out
For a straightforward Lahore to Dubai return this rarely matters. For an Umrah group, a multi-city European trip, or a ticket that has to move because a visa decision slipped, it matters a great deal.
What we book
- International flights from Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi to the Gulf, Europe, the UK, North America, Southeast Asia and the Far East.
- Domestic flights within Pakistan.
- Umrah and Hajj flights, booked as part of the package so the flights, the visa and the hotels line up.
- Group bookings — families travelling together, corporate groups, and tour groups, where seating and a single changeable record matter more than the headline fare.
- Multi-city and open-jaw itineraries, the kind that online booking forms handle badly.
Tickets and visa applications — read this before you buy
This is where most money gets wasted, and the advice is simple enough to put in one line: do not buy a non-refundable ticket before the visa is in your hand.
Nearly every consulate asks for evidence of travel, and people assume that means a purchased ticket. Usually it does not. The EU's own harmonised document list for applicants in Pakistan asks for a return flight reservation, not a paid ticket. The UK does not require a ticket at all.
A reservation is legitimate. A fabricated one is not.
A genuine reservation is a real booking held in the airline's system with a real record locator, made by an agency entitled to make it. That is what we provide for a visa file, and it is entirely proper.
What is sold online as a "dummy ticket" is frequently something else: an invented itinerary, or a booking made and cancelled within hours so the reference is dead by the time anyone checks. Consulates do check, and a fabricated document is treated as a false document — which can bar you from a country for years. We will not produce one.
Because we issue tickets ourselves and prepare the visa file in the same office, the reservation attached to your application is real, the dates match the form, and the ticket is issued once the visa is granted rather than gambled on beforehand.
What changes your fare
Nobody can promise the lowest fare on every route on every day, and an agency that does is quoting one route and hoping. What we can do is explain what you are paying for:
- How far ahead you book. The single biggest factor on most routes, and the one entirely within your control.
- Season. Summer, Eid, Umrah season and the winter holidays move prices more than any discount could.
- Direct or connecting. A one-stop routing is often considerably cheaper and adds hours. Worth deciding deliberately rather than by default.
- Baggage. A cheap fare with 20kg and an expensive one with 40kg are not comparable until you know what you are carrying. For travellers visiting family, this usually decides it.
- Flexibility. The cheapest ticket is usually the least changeable. If your dates depend on a visa decision, paying for a changeable fare is often cheaper than losing a rigid one.
- Who is travelling. Infants, children and groups are priced differently, and group fares are not always visible online.
Tell us the route, the dates and how much baggage you need, and you will get options with those differences spelled out rather than one number.
Changes, refunds and baggage
Here we have to be straight with you: once a ticket is issued, the airline's conditions of carriage govern it, not us. Change fees, fare differences, refund rules, baggage allowances and what happens when a flight is cancelled are all set by the airline.
What we do is handle the process. Being accredited means we can reissue and refund directly rather than relaying your request through a third party, which usually means it happens faster. What we cannot do is waive a fee the airline charges or recover a fare the airline does not refund — and we will tell you that plainly rather than take the request and go quiet.
Before you book, ask us for the change and cancellation rules of the specific fare. They differ between two tickets on the same flight.
Why book through us rather than online
Honestly: if you want a simple return on a well-served route with hand baggage and fixed dates, booking online yourself is fine, and we will say so.
Come to us when the trip has moving parts:
- The ticket is tied to a visa application and the dates may move
- A family or group needs to travel together on one record
- The route is multi-city, or the connection is tight enough to matter
- You need real baggage and want the fares compared on that basis
- You want one office to answer when a schedule changes, rather than a web form
We have been doing this from the same office on Davis Road since 2003. You can walk in with the problem rather than explaining it to a chat window. The same desk also handles hotel reservations, visa files and tour packages.
