Our fixed packages suit most pilgrims, and if one of them fits you should take it — it will usually be cheaper than the same trip built from scratch. A customized package is for everyone else: the family travelling with elderly parents who need a hotel at the Haram, the pilgrim who already holds a ticket, the group of twelve who need three rooms of different sizes, the couple who want twelve nights in Madinah rather than four.

There is no price on this page and there should not be. A customized package does not have a price until it exists. What this page gives you instead is the complete list of decisions to make, so that when you message us you get a real quote back rather than four rounds of questions.

The Umrah visa is in every package and is not optional — Saudi Arabia issues it against your confirmed accommodation and transport, which is exactly what a customized package is.

Your Umrah requirement checklist

If you would rather write your own message, or you are comparing us against another agency, send exactly these ten things. Any agency that can answer all ten in one reply is worth talking to:

1. Preferred hotel in Makkah

   By name if you have one, or by distance from the Haram if you do not.

2. Preferred hotel in Madinah

   Same — distance from Masjid an-Nabawi matters more than the star rating.

3. Check-in and check-out dates

   Or the month, if your dates are still flexible.

4. Number of nights in each city

   And whether your Makkah nights are in one block or split either side of Madinah.

5. Number of travellers

   Adults and children separately. The minimum age for an Umrah visa or permit is five years.

6. Number of rooms required

   Families often mix — a double and a quad in one booking is normal.

7. Preferred room occupancy

   Double, triple, quad or quint. This moves the price more than almost anything else.

8. Transportation preferences

   Private or shared, and whether you want it for the airport legs, between the cities, or both.

9. Air ticket requirements

   In the package, or your own. Always compare quotes on the same basis.

10. Contact information

    A WhatsApp number that is answered, and an emergency contact staying in Pakistan.

Hotels you can choose from

These are properties we work with regularly. You are not limited to them — name any hotel and we will price it, subject to availability. Every hotel is confirmed as the named property or similar, with the substitute and its distance given in writing before you pay.

One piece of advice we give everyone: in Makkah, distance buys you more than stars do. A four-star hotel at 300 m will serve you better across fourteen nights than a five-star at 1500 m, because you will make the walk four or five times a day. In Madinah the gap is smaller, and a better hotel further out is often the sensible trade.

Umrah transport options

• Shared bus throughout — the cheapest option, covering Jeddah Airport, Makkah, Madinah, back to Makkah and out. It runs to a schedule rather than to yours.
• Private airport legs, shared between cities — the middle option most families take. The arrival transfer after a long flight is where private transport is worth most.
• Private throughout — cars, Hiace vans, Land Cruisers and GMC vehicles depending on group size and availability. Worth it for large families, for anyone with mobility needs, and if you intend to do Ziyarat on your own schedule.

Tell us if anyone travelling has mobility needs or uses a wheelchair. It changes which vehicle makes sense and which hotel entrance to aim for, and it is far easier to plan before booking than to fix in Makkah. Electric carts for Tawaf and Sa'i can be rented inside the Haram through the Tanaqul app.

Whatever you choose, confirm the pickup point, the number of transfers, the vehicle type and whether each leg is private or shared. All four go on your quote.

Air ticket options

You have three choices and they are worth understanding before you compare any two quotes:

• Include it in the package — one price, one booking, and the flight dates match your hotel nights automatically.
• Use your own ticket — sensible if you already hold one, are travelling on miles, or are starting from outside Pakistan. Send us the itinerary so the hotel nights line up with it.
• Have it quoted separately — so you can compare our fare against what you can find yourself, then decide. We book flights on their own through air ticketing.

Whichever you pick, when you compare a customized quote against a fixed package, check whether the flight is in both. It is the single most common reason two Umrah quotes look thousands of rupees apart when they are not.

• From Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Peshawar and Quetta — subject to flight availability. In some seasons a connection through Lahore, Islamabad or Karachi prices better than a direct departure, and we will tell you when that is the case rather than quietly charging you the difference.

Your departure city changes the airfare, not the package on the ground. The hotels, the transport inside Saudi Arabia and the visa are identical wherever you fly from.

What moves the price

We publish no figure on this page, but we will tell you exactly which decisions move it, in rough order of impact:

1. Whether the air ticket is included — the largest single line on most quotes.
2. When you travel — Ramadan, school holidays and the weeks after Hajj are the peaks, and the gap between peak and quiet is large.
3. Hotel distance from the Haram — the difference between 0 m and 1500 m is the second biggest lever after airfare.
4. Room occupancy — on our fixed packages the gap between quint and double is substantial for exactly the same trip.
5. Total nights, and how they split between the two cities.
6. Private or shared transport.
7. Meals and Ziyarat, if you want them in rather than paid for as you go.
8. The exchange rate, since hotels and transport are bought in Saudi riyals.

How to request a customized Umrah package

1. Send your requirements

   Use the builder above, or send the ten-point checklist yourself on WhatsApp.

2. We come back with options and a price

   Named hotels with their distances, the nights in each city, the transport, and what the air ticket adds — itemised, with Saudi government fees separate from our charge. Usually the same day.

3. Adjust until it fits

   This is the point of a customized package. Change the hotel, the nights, the occupancy, and see what each change costs before committing to anything.

4. Confirm, and we file the visa

   You approve the hotels and dates in writing. We book the accommodation and transport and submit the Umrah visa against them — the booking has to exist before the visa can be issued.

5. Collect your documents and briefing

   Visa, tickets where included, hotel vouchers and transport details, plus how to register on Nusuk from Pakistan and book your Umrah and Rawdah permits.

Before you pay anything, check your vaccination timing. Meningococcal ACWY is mandatory for every pilgrim, at least 10 days before arrival, and polio is mandatory for everyone travelling from Pakistan, regardless of age or previous vaccination, at least four weeks before arrival.
