Terms of Service

What we do, what we cannot do, what each side is responsible for, and what happens when an application does not go the way anyone wanted. Written so you can actually read it before you hand over a passport.

Last updated 10 October 2026

The short version

We are a travel agency. We prepare and submit visa applications, issue tickets and arrange travel. We do not decide visas — embassies and immigration authorities do, and no agency can change that.

You pay two separate things: the official fee, which goes to the authority, and our service charge, which is for the work of preparing and submitting your file. Our charge is for that work, not for a particular outcome.

Who you are dealing with

Breeze Travels & Tours Pvt Ltd, a private limited company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, NTN 3626628-7, IATA accredited agent licence 27314302, member of the Travel Agents Association of Pakistan, trading from Office 20, Ground Floor, Grand Millennium Hotel, 9-A Davis Road, Garhi Shahu, Lahore 54000.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person asking us to do the work, whether or not you are the traveller.

What we provide

  • Advice on which visa category fits your trip, and an honest assessment of your file before you commit to anything.
  • Review and preparation of supporting documents, and completion of the application accurately against them.
  • Submission through the correct official channel, and tracking until a decision comes back.
  • Air tickets issued on our own IATA accreditation, hotel reservations, Umrah and Hajj packages, and tours.

What we cannot do, and will not pretend to

  • We cannot grant a visa or influence a decision. That power belongs to the embassy or immigration authority alone. Any agency claiming otherwise is misleading you.
  • We do not guarantee approval, publish approval rates, or accept instructions to promise an outcome to a third party on your behalf.
  • We do not give legal or immigration advice. We are not lawyers or registered immigration advisers. For a case that needs legal representation, see a qualified lawyer in the destination country.
  • We do not handle study or work visa applications.
  • We will not submit a document we believe to be false, or a statement we believe to be untrue, in any application. If we discover that a document you gave us is not genuine, we will stop work immediately. A false document can bar you from a country for years and expose both of us to serious consequences.
  • We cannot change a published official fee, a processing time or an appointment availability. Those are set by the authority and change without notice.

Fees

You will always be quoted two figures separately, before you commit:

Official feeOur service charge
Set byThe embassy, government or application centreUs
Paid toThem, through official channelsUs
What it buysConsideration of your applicationThe work of preparing and submitting it
Refundable?Almost never, including on refusalSee below
Can it change?Yes, at any time, without noticeOnly by agreement with you

Where this website publishes an official fee, it carries the source and the date we last checked it on the issuing authority's own page. Authorities raise and lower fees without warning and exchange rates move, so the amount you actually pay may be higher or lower than the figure shown. Confirm the current amount with us, or on the official source, before paying.

Our service charge is quoted per case, because the work differs: a single 30-day tourist visa and a five-year application for a business owner are not the same job. We do not publish a single price because no single price would be honest.

If you cancel before we have submitted your application, tell us as soon as you can and we will discuss what has already been done and what is fair. Once an application has been submitted, the official fee is gone and the work is done. Airline tickets and hotel bookings follow the airline's or hotel's own cancellation rules, not ours.

If an application is refused

A refusal is not a failure of service, and it does not by itself mean anything was done wrong. Applications are refused for reasons that sit with the applicant's circumstances and the caseworker's judgement.

What you can expect from us is this: we will read the refusal letter with you, tell you which ground was actually relied on, and say plainly whether we think a fresh application can realistically succeed. If we think it cannot, we will tell you to wait rather than take another fee.

The official fee is not refunded on refusal. That is the authority's rule and nobody can recover it.

What you are responsible for

  • Giving us true and complete information. Including previous refusals by any country, previous overstays, and anything else that might look worse if the authority finds it before we do.
  • Genuine documents. Everything you give us must be real and yours.
  • Checking the details. Names, dates of birth, passport numbers and travel dates — on the application before it is submitted, and on the visa the day it is issued. A misspelt name is far easier to fix before you fly.
  • Passport validity. Most destinations require six months. Check yours early.
  • Your own travel decisions. We strongly advise against buying non-refundable tickets or non-refundable accommodation before a visa is in your hand. If you choose to, the risk is yours.
  • Paying on time. Official fees are often payable before an appointment can be booked.

Airlines, hotels and other suppliers

When we book a flight, a hotel or a tour component, we act as an agent. The contract for that service is between you and the airline, hotel or operator, and their conditions of carriage or booking terms apply, including their rules on changes, cancellations, baggage and refunds.

We will help you deal with them, but we cannot override their terms, and we are not responsible for a supplier's own delays, cancellations, overbooking or schedule changes.

Limits of responsibility

We are responsible for doing our own work properly: assessing your file honestly, preparing it carefully, submitting it correctly and on time, and telling you the truth about your chances.

We are not responsible for a refusal, for a processing time longer than the authority's published estimate, for an authority changing its rules or fees, for an appointment system being unavailable, for a supplier's failure, or for losses that follow from those things — including non-refundable tickets or accommodation booked before a visa was issued.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Using this website

The guides on this site are general information for travellers from Pakistan, not advice on your particular case. We check official fees against the issuing authority and publish the date we checked, but rules and fees change without notice and the position may have moved since. Always confirm with us or with the official source before you act on anything here.

The forms on this site store nothing and send nothing to us; they compose a WhatsApp message that you send yourself. How we handle information is set out in our privacy policy.

The text, design and images on this site belong to Breeze Travels & Tours Pvt Ltd. You are welcome to read, print and share pages. Please do not republish the content as your own.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Before it gets that far: if something has gone wrong, tell us. Most problems in this trade come from a misunderstanding about what was promised, and most are settled in a conversation at the office.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top of the page.

About this page. Breeze Travels & Tours Pvt Ltd is a private travel agency. We are not an embassy, a consulate or any government body, and we do not issue visas. We are not immigration lawyers and nothing on this site is legal advice.
