Privacy Policy

What this website collects, what our office does with the documents you send us, and who else sees them. Written to describe what actually happens rather than to cover everything in general terms.

In short

This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising trackers, and has no login or account system. Its forms store nothing: they open a WhatsApp message that you send yourself.

The information that actually matters is what you give our office when we prepare a visa file — passport scans, bank statements, employment letters. That is handled by people in the Lahore office and shared only with the embassy, centre or supplier your application has to go to.

What the website collects

Nothing that identifies you, as far as this site itself is concerned.

  • No cookies. Browsing these pages sets no cookies on your device.
  • No accounts, no logins. There is nothing to register for.
  • No advertising or remarketing trackers. We run no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tag and no remarketing of any kind.
  • No Google Analytics.

Like every website, our hosting provider records ordinary server logs — the pages requested, the time, the browser type and the network address they came from. These are used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.

Third parties that load on this site

Three, and they are worth naming because each one receives your network address simply because your browser has to fetch something from them.

ServiceWhy it is hereWhat it receives
Google FontsThe typeface the site is set inYour network address when the font file is requested. No cookie is set.
CloudflareSecurity and speed, plus a cookieless page-view countYour network address, and anonymous page-view data. No cookie is set and no profile is built.
Google MapsThe office map on the home and contact pagesYour network address when the map loads, and whatever Google's own terms cover. The map only loads when you scroll to it.

We do not control what those three companies do with that information; their own privacy terms apply. If that matters to you, a tracker-blocking browser extension will stop all three without breaking anything important on this site.

The enquiry forms

Every form and button on this site works the same way, and it is unusual enough to spell out: nothing you type is sent to this website or stored anywhere on it.

When you fill in your name, number and destination and press the button, your browser builds a WhatsApp message containing exactly what you typed, and opens WhatsApp with it ready to send. Until you press send inside WhatsApp, nobody has received anything. There is no database behind these pages, no email is generated, and nothing is logged.

Once you do send it, you are in a normal WhatsApp conversation with our office. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own terms and encryption apply to the message in transit. We keep the conversation in the business's phone in the ordinary way.

Documents you send our office

This is the part that deserves care. Preparing a visa file means handling genuinely sensitive material: passport scans, CNIC copies, bank statements, salary slips, business registration, hotel and ticket bookings, and sometimes a previous refusal letter.

We use those documents for one purpose: assessing, preparing and submitting the application you asked us to handle, and dealing with whatever follows from it. We do not sell them, we do not use them for marketing, and we do not pass them to anyone who is not part of that specific application.

Who else sees them

Only the parties your application genuinely requires:

  • The embassy, consulate or immigration authority deciding your visa.
  • The visa application centre that takes biometrics and forwards the file, where the destination uses one.
  • Airlines and hotels, where you have asked us to book travel, and only the details that booking needs.
  • Our own staff in the Lahore office who are working on your file.

Submitting a visa application means your information leaves Pakistan and is processed by the authorities of the country you are applying to, under their rules rather than ours. That is unavoidable — it is what an application is.

How long we keep them

We keep your documents for as long as your application is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can help with a re-application, an appeal of the kind the destination allows, or a question about what was submitted. After that they are deleted or returned.

You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time. If an application is still with an authority we may not be able to withdraw what has already been submitted to them — that is in their hands, not ours — but we can delete our own copies.

Your choices

  • Ask what we hold. Message or email the office and we will tell you.
  • Ask us to correct something. Particularly worth doing before a file is submitted.
  • Ask us to delete. See the paragraph above for the one limit on this.
  • Choose how we contact you. If you would rather we used email than WhatsApp, or the other way round, say so and we will.

We do not send marketing messages. If we contact you, it is about your own enquiry or your own file.
