Getting a useful answer quickly
Most enquiries can be settled in one exchange of messages. What slows things down is not the agency being busy — it is a first message that says only "visa chahiye", which means we have to ask four questions before we can tell you anything.
Which number to use
WhatsApp — 0329 0091111
- Best for almost everything: enquiries, document lists, sending scans, following up on a file
- You get a written answer you can keep, with the official fee and our charge shown separately
- Every button on this website opens this number with your enquiry already written out
Landline — 042 3636 6312 / 6313
- Best when you would rather talk than type, or for something urgent on the day
- Office hours only, Monday to Saturday
- For anything involving documents, we will usually ask you to send them on WhatsApp afterwards anyway
Email at [email protected] works too, and is the right choice if you need something in a formal written record — an invoice, or a letter for an employer.
What to send so we can answer in one reply
You do not need documents to start. Four lines are enough:
-
Where you are going, and when
The country and roughly which month. If the dates are fixed because of a wedding, a conference or a booked ticket, say so — it changes which visa and which service makes sense.
-
Why you are travelling
Holiday, family, business meeting, Umrah. The purpose decides the visa category, and the category decides everything after it.
-
How many people
Travelling alone, as a couple, or as a family with children. A family file is prepared once rather than four times, so this affects what we quote.
-
What you do for a living
Salaried, business owner, retired, student, housewife. For a visit visa this is the single most useful thing you can tell us at the start, because it shapes the whole file.
If you have been refused before, say that in the first message and keep the refusal letter. It changes the advice completely.
Send those four lines on WhatsApp
Finding the office
We are inside the Grand Millennium Hotel building on 9-A Davis Road, in Garhi Shahu. Office 20 is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to manage with a folder of documents.
Davis Road runs between Empress Road and the Garhi Shahu area, a short drive from Lahore Junction railway station and from the Mall. If you are coming by ride-hailing, "Grand Millennium Hotel, Davis Road" is the landmark to enter rather than the office number. The map above opens directly in Google Maps.
What happens after you message
You will get a reply with the visa type that fits your trip, the official government or embassy fee with the date we last checked it, our own charge quoted separately, and the list of documents to start collecting.
If what you are asking for is not realistic — a visa in three days that normally takes three weeks, or a file we think will be refused as it stands — you will be told that in the same reply rather than after you have paid. That is the part of this job we take most seriously.
