Our Executive Umrah Packages are built around hotel quality and distance from the Haram. Each one includes accommodation, the Umrah visa and one-way private transportation. Whether you want a short stay or a longer visit, there is a tier that fits.

Read this before you compare prices

Air tickets are not included in any Executive package. The prices below cover hotels, the Umrah visa and one-way private transport only.

That is why an Executive package can start at PKR 165,000 while our Economy packages start at PKR 275,000 — Economy has the return flight in the price. Add a ticket to an Executive package and the gap closes or reverses depending on the season. Executive makes sense when you already hold a ticket, or when you would rather control the airfare yourself and spend the difference on a hotel closer to the Haram. If you want one price with the flight in it, start with Economy instead, or compare all five packages side by side.

This is the package worth understanding properly. Makkah Towers sits at the Haram — zero metres — and it is our cheapest Executive tier because the rooms are sold room-only rather than with breakfast. For a pilgrim who intends to spend most of the day in the Haram and eat nearby, that trade is usually the best value on this page.

Walking distances and views depend on the specific property, the entrance you use and the room you are allocated — a "Haram view" room and a courtyard-facing room in the same hotel are very different stays, so ask. You can request a preferred hotel in either city, subject to availability, package terms and the applicable price. Confirm the exact hotel name, location, room category and distance before booking.

Umrah Transport

Breeze Travels & Tours offers transportation for pilgrims who want a convenient and comfortable Umrah journey. Depending on the package, arrangements may include airport pickup, hotel transfers and private travel between cities. Every Executive package above includes one-way private transportation.

Vehicle options include Toyota vehicles, Land Cruisers, GMC vehicles, private cars and Hiace vans, depending on group size, availability and booking requirements. Private transport makes the biggest difference to families and to anyone travelling with elderly parents — the Jeddah to Makkah leg after a long flight is where a shared bus schedule is hardest.

Confirm the route, the number of transfers, the vehicle type and whether the service is one-way or return before finalising. All four are on our written quote.

Umrah Visa Service

Breeze Travels & Tours provides Umrah visa assistance and prepares the documentation for eligible travellers. The Umrah visa is included in every Executive package above.

Visa approval, processing times, required documents and eligibility depend on the relevant authorities and your circumstances, so confirm the latest requirements before booking flights. Two that decide how early you can travel:

  • Meningococcal ACWY vaccination is mandatory for every pilgrim, at least 10 days before arrival in Saudi Arabia.
  • Polio vaccination is mandatory for everyone travelling from Pakistan, regardless of age or previous vaccination, at least four weeks before arrival.

Umrah Flights

Breeze Travels & Tours can arrange flights for your Umrah journey from Pakistan. Available airlines, fares, baggage allowances and travel times depend on your departure city, travel dates and airline availability, and direct or connecting flights may be available on selected routes.

Air tickets are not included in the Executive Umrah Package prices above unless confirmed in writing. Verify the airfare and ticket conditions before making payment. Popular places to visit in Madinah may include Masjid Quba, Masjid an-Nabawi, Riyad ul Jannah subject to applicable entry arrangements, Masjid Abu Bakr, Masjid al-Jummah, Masjid Bilal, the Seven Mosques area at Khandaq, Masjid Miqat Bir Ali, Jannat al-Baqi subject to access regulations, Masjid al-Qiblatayn and Wadi al-Baida, commonly known as Wadi Jinn.

Visits depend on the confirmed itinerary, local access arrangements and applicable regulations. Plan the Rawdah Sharifah early in your Madinah nights: it needs its own permit in the Nusuk app and there is a 30-day interval between visits, so it is one visit per trip for almost everyone.

Which services are included in the Executive Umrah Package?
Hotel accommodation, the Umrah visa and one-way private transportation on every package. Packages 1, 2 and 4 include breakfast; Package 3 is room only, which is part of why it is the cheapest tier. Air tickets are excluded from all Executive prices unless confirmed in writing. Ziyarat is offered separately. Review the inclusions for the specific package before confirming.
What is the hotel distance in the Executive Umrah Package?
It varies by property. Makkah Towers on Package 3 is at the Haram itself. The Movenpick Hajar Tower, InterContinental Dar al Tawhid, DoubleTree by Hilton and Marriott Jabal Omar are all in the central Makkah cluster, within a short walk. In Madinah the properties sit close to Masjid an-Nabawi, though exact walking distance depends on which entrance you use. Confirm the hotel, room category and distance before payment — we will put it in writing and help you compare options for your budget.
What is the duration of the Executive Umrah Package?
Six to ten days, depending on the package. Package 1 and Package 2 run 6 or 10 days, Package 3 runs 7 or 10 days, and Package 4 offers 6, 8, 9 or 10 nights. Longer stays are possible subject to hotel availability, visa conditions, transport arrangements and additional cost. Confirm your departure date and total stay before booking.
How can I apply for an Umrah visa online?
The visa is included in the Executive package and we file it for you against your confirmed booking — Saudi Arabia issues the Umrah visa against accommodation and transport, so the two go together. You will need a valid passport, a photograph, your CNIC and your vaccination certificate. Is the Executive Umrah Package expensive?
It spans a wide range. Package 3 starts at PKR 165,000 per person on quad sharing for seven days, and Package 2 reaches PKR 630,000 per person on double sharing for ten days. What moves it is hotel category, room occupancy, length of stay and transport. Remember that none of these include the air ticket — compare them against a flight-inclusive quote with that in mind, or use our package comparison.
Are air tickets included in the Executive Umrah Package?
No. Air tickets are not included in any Executive package price unless separately confirmed in writing. Request a complete quotation covering your dates, airfare, accommodation, visa and transport so you are comparing a full figure. Can I choose my preferred hotel?
Yes, subject to availability and the applicable price. Any change to the listed hotels may affect the total, and we will tell you by how much before you commit. Always get written confirmation of the hotel name, room type, meal plan and stay duration before making payment. If none of the four packages fits, a Customized Umrah Package lets you choose the hotel, nights and transport yourself.
Why is Package 3 cheaper than the others?
Because it is sold room only rather than with breakfast, and the Madinah properties on that tier are a step below the Movenpick and InterContinental. What you are not giving up is location — Makkah Towers is at the Haram. For a pilgrim who plans to spend the day in the Haram and eat nearby, it is usually the best value on this page.
